Louisiana pausing suits against homeowners it accused of misspending Road Home elevation grants

After Pro-Publica released an article about the State of Louisiana's attempt to collect money from homeowners who were victims of Hurricane Katrina, the Commissioner of Administration stated that they want to reach a settlement which would allow the State to drop the suits that were filed against homeowners under the claim that it was used wrong.
