Eugene Radcliff, a long—time litigator, is a principal of Rock Media Concepts, LLC, Golden Child Holdings, LLC and founder of The Radcliff Law Firm. He is of counsel with the Khan Law Firm, L.L.C. Mr. Radcliff received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law, University of Vienna, School of Law, Vienna, Austria – International Comparative Law, Southern University, New Orleans – Bachelor of Science, Economics (Minors: Fin/Acct) (Magna Cum Laude).

His practice is centered on Business Law, General Litigation and Entertainment/IP Law, he has represented distinguished industry clients in both transactional and litigation matters, including the largest distributor of film and television content in the world, eOne Entertainment (“Queen & Slim”, “John Wick”, “Hunger Games”, the “Twilight” Series, “12 Years A Slave”, “The Walking Dead”, “Two Guns”, “That Awkward Moment”, “Growing Up Hip Hop”, etc.), multiple Grammy Award winning artists such as Wynton Marsalis and Adele, producers of multi--‐platinum hits for artists such as BSlade, L'il Wayne, 2Chainz, Charlie Wilson, Babyface, Eric Benet, Snoop Dogg and many others, and for the estates of icons like Sam Cooke, Little Richard, Sam & Dave, The Five Blind Boys of Alabama, Sonny & Cher, rock and roll pioneer Bumps Blackwell, George Benson, crew/members of legendary groups like Art Neville, N’SYNC, War and The Meters. Mr. Radcliff has been engaged by studio executives and actors like Jenn Gotzon from Academy Award winning films, and others such as Mike Epps, Director Leslie Smalls.

As an industry executive himself, Mr. Radcliff served as Producer, Director of Development, COO and General Counsel for film studios and record labels. (See “IMDB”.) He has represented international finance and motion picture investment specialists, production companies, film producers and crew from productions such as “The Rookie”, “Designated Survivor”, “Ex On The Beach”, “Siesta Key”, “Mary, Mary”, “Streets of Compton”; stage performers (“The Color Purple”, Cher, Celine Dion) and an array of screenwriters, song writers, managers, playwrights, actors, movie and music producers, directors, authors, journalists, TV & radio personalities, and many more. He has handled the production and licensing of merchandise, novels, books, television programs, games, ringtones, karaoke content and more. 

In sports, Mr. Radcliff has represented clients from the NFL (No.1 Draft picks), NCAA (Nat’l Champion), NBA (Hall of Fame), MLB (Hall of Fame), NHL (Hall of Fame), Chess (Grand Master) and the Olympics. As a law professor, he teaches all the business law courses, has conducted numerous seminars and written articles on industry--related matters and also proudly participated in the drafting of statutes and Louisiana's first Music and Movie tax credit acts.
